Political Subdivision financial report-
Section 105.145 RSMo requires certain political subdivisions to file a financial report with the State Auditor's office.
Each year, approximately 2,700 political subdivisions are sent a letter reminding them of this statutory requirement.

County Collector's Annual Settlement
Chapter 139 RSMo requires county collectors to file an annual settlement with the county commission and the State of Missouri.

3rd Class County Budgetary Information
Sections 50.525-50.745, "the County Budget Law" require 3rd class counties to prepare and submit budgets to the State Auditor's office. For 2007, 84 of the applicable 89 counties used an electronic budget package provided by the State Auditor's Office. The following file shows unaudited 2006 actual financial information and 2007 projected financial information for the General Revenue Fund as presented on the 84 counties' budgets. Bates, Gasconade, Miller, Warren and Webster counties have separate budget packages and information for those counties is not presented.
