Calculates a Single Tax Rate Applied to All Property. All counties other than St. Louis County have opted out of levying the separate tax rate for each subclass and are using this method.
Calculate a Separate Tax Rate for Each Sub Class of Property (i.e. residential, agricultural, commercial, and personal)
St. Louis County is the only county using this method - all other counties have opted out of this method.
